Wrong Number Callers

Sometimes these people don't bother me, usually they do... it really depends on what is said.  It also depends on when they call, since I have a New York area code, but live in Washington(3 hr time zone diff)... people have a tendency to call me really early in the morning(when its only say 9am for them it's 6am for me)... then I have less patience for them since they woke me from my slumber.

Here is the Okay scenario:
Me:*picks up phone, sees its a random number I don't recognize* Hello?
Caller: Hi is ::name:: there?
Me: No you have the wrong number.
Caller: Oh I'm sorry.

Here is what usually happens:
Me: Hello?
Caller: Who is this!??!?!?!
Me: Who is this?
Caller: WHO IS THIS!?!?!
Me: You called me. Don't you know?
Caller Hangs Up.

Or this happens:

Me:Hello?
Caller: Who is this!??!?!?!
Me: Who is this?
Caller: Dude where's ::name::!!!!  Put her/him on the phone.
Me: I think you have the wrong number, no ::name:: here.
Caller: Stop joking with me, put her on.
I Hang Up

And then there was this one time this happened...
Me:Hello?
Caller:Who is this?  John?  Is that you?
Me: No, this is not John, I think you have the wrong number.
Caller: Dude John, put ::female name:: on the phone.
He kept going too, not listening to a word I said, I eventually hung up.
